return & exchange policy
Within 20 days of original purchase: Angie hearts... accepts all returns of unworn, unwashed, unused and not damaged merchandise with HANG TAG with the disposable seal bag for full refund. Refunds must be accompanied by the original receipt and receive a RMA number. The return will be made in the form of the original payment. Please make sure all the following conditions have been met in order for exchange and return your item
- The item can be sent back to us after you have completed and submitted the online Return Form within 20 days from delivery, by completing and submitting the form, you will then receive a RMA number in your mail box. Please check your spam folder if you have not receive them in your inbox.
- Your package will include an order invoice, a return form and/or customs documents. Complete the "Return Form" by listing the Return number, Return reason code and Return quantity. Please indicate the items you are returning by placing a check mark in the Return box. Retain your original order invoice for your records.
- Must have the hang tag still attached with the disposable seal bag must still be intact
- Must be send in one single shipment, items that belong to the same order must be returned to us at the same time
- Must be shipped from the United States
If all those steps are satisfied, Please:
1. Pack and seal your return merchandise securely (in the original package if possible)
and include the completed "Return Form" and "Customs Documents" (if applicable).
Affix enclosed pre-printed Merchandise Return Label to the outside of your return
package. Please note that the Return Label is not pre-paid, therefore, you will be
responsible for the return shipping cost. Shipping and handling charges are not

Please allow 2-3 weeks from the return shipped date for your account to be credited,
and 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. For returns from
PO/FPO addresses, please allow 4-6 weeks from the return shipped date for your
account to be credited, and 2-3 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your
statement.
note: exchange are not permitted for returns from the U.S. territories APO/FPO.
Hang Tag : All
our merchandise comes with a hang tag. Please try on your item before
removing the hang tag since we do not accept any return with damaged or
removed hang tag.
Sales from the the Vintage Store section are FINAL. We reserved the right to mark non-returnable merchandise on our web site. The designation will be marked on the detailed page of the merchandise as non-returnable item.
Exchanges are not permitted for returns from the U.S. territories, APO/FPO and International addresses. The U.S. territories includes: American Samoa, Federated States of Micronesia, Guam, Marshall Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
